My Story: Learning the Hard Way So You Don't Have To

I too once had a dream. It led me to open my first restaurant investing $275,000 of my life into a franchise—quickly I learned the hard way how bad site selection can kill a great concept. Corporate approved the demographics, but railroad tracks separated my store from customers.

Instead of failing, I learned how to solve problems others missed. That led to a 30‑year career opening and rebuilding restaurants, supervising construction, increasing sales, and eventually overseeing operations and construction for a 300‑store market.

I went on to build food trucks, rebuild closed restaurants, and supervise construction on over 70% of the Las Vegas Strip.

Today, I use that experience to help others avoid costly mistakes.
